Job Description and Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Aqua Culture or related field.
  • Assist Farm Manager in the supervision of work in the Plantation / Fish Farm.
  • Conduct routine farm operation activities work distribution, worker distribution, worker logistics.
  • Capable of arranging or monitoring worker and fish
  • Ability to work independently, selfmotivated with good interpersonal and communication skill

Job Scope

  • Closely monitor all farm operations
  • Monitor harvesting of oil palm and other crops
  • Analysing financial documents and recommending improvements
  • Preparing plans and schedules for culturing and harvesting and ensuring staff understands expectations
  • Ensuring feed, biochemical products and other supplies are regularly restocked
  • Ensuring the security of stocks
  • Scheduling repairs, maintenance and replacement of equipment and machinery
  • Handling the marketing and sale of prawns. Ensuring good harvest techniques

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
