Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of quality & environmental procedures, processes, and audit findings.

  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to quality assurance.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to assess trends, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement preventive measures.
  • Generate reports on quality metrics for management review.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall product/service quality.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and standards.
  • Ensure that the organization's products/services comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and oversee module quality control processes to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
  • Conduct routine inspections and tests on products/services to identify deviations from quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
