Job description_
- Greeting guests with a smile as they enter.
- Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
- Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions.
- A knowledge of the menu.
- Assistant to take food and beverage orders from Guests.
- Able to explain to guests about food and beverage products.
- Providing great customer service.
- Food Menu and drink menu books are clean to be presentable.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Pleasant appearance, wellgroomed, and maintain the highest standard of cleanliness.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with the guests and anticipate their needs.
- Able to converse and write English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to smile and diffuse anger naturally.
- Have an enthusiastic and positive personality.
- Profound knowledge of customer service and of all beverage products and services.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Job Types:

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
