  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, orders, and shipment status throughout the delivery process.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team to coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of export cargo.
  • Ensure that all export procedures and time frames are followed according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
  • Mandarin speaking is added advantage.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
