Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of fullstack software developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Oversee the endtoend software development process, from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes to maintain code quality and ensure consistency across the development team.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing strategies and frameworks using PHPUnit and other relevant tools to ensure highquality and reliable software releases.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend innovative approaches to improve software development practices and enhance user experiences.
  • Conduct regular code reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement in code quality, performance, and scalability.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing guidance and expertise as needed.

Pre-Requisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in fullstack software development with LAMP stack, including Laravel, PHP, PHPUnit, and
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in automation testing frameworks and tools, such as IntelliJ IDEA, Selenium IDE, PHPUnit, Maven or Test Master.
  • Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks.
  • Experience with Android development is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team of developers.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
