Key Requirements:
- Work closely with Design & Project Lead to implement the project and be able to develop a complete set of construction details drawings.
- Strong command of presentation skill
- Strong design leadership and independent
- Able to perform Team Management, Training & Mentoring
- Excellent organisational skills and client management
- Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
- Resilient in coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure
- Able to work on multiple projects concurrently and deliver on expectations within tight deadlines.
- Understanding of financial aspects of running a design project on time and budget
- Demonstrate a high level of professional integrity
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 68 years of experience in the related field
- 36 years + Interior Design Experiences
- Strong Knowledge of the UBBL code of conduct and regulations.
- Must be skilled in ACAD, and modelling software i.e SKP / 3D Max
- The position is open only to Malaysians
Pay:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
