  • Conduct market research and analysis on various property sectors
  • Perform market and feasibility studies in all key asset classes
  • Conduct town planning checks at local authorities
  • Produce clear and concise Research & Consultancy Reports and presentation materials
  • Produce wellresearched articles and periodic research reports
  • Maintain research and property databases and assist other team members

Requirements:

  • Degree or other professional qualification in Real Estate, Valuation, Property Management, Economics, Business or any related fields with strong academic achievements
  • Experienced research analysts, individuals with industry exposure and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and any other language
  • Good report writing, presentation and IT skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills including the ability to collate, interpret and effectively communicate property market analysis and economic data
  • Critical thinking skills that can convert data into meaningful relationships and information to drive quality decision making

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
