Finance Manager

- Responsible for the full set of accounts and statutory reports for the organization operation.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring strict adherence to established accounting standards and regulatory mandates.
- Oversee budget management for the organization.
- Manage monthly reporting, credit monitoring activities and other related functions to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance throughout the year, identifying any discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
- To coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
- Responsible for project implementations and system upgrades to comply with new operational or legal requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- To provide leadership and guidance to the finance and account team.Coordinate and facilitate the annual audit process with external auditors.
- Prepare audit schedules, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
- Address auditor inquiries and implement recommendations to enhance financial controls.
- Assist Chief Financial Officer for all finance and account process review and monitoring.
- Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MICPA/MIA).
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Essential to be Bilingual in English with Mandarin (including reading and writing).
- Prefferable for willing-to-travel candidates.
- Must be willing to work in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur

We are specialized in manufacturing, marketing and trading of aluminium extrusions, profiles, ladders, accessories and etc. which is widely used in various sectors such as constructions, industries, furniture, agriculture and house-hold sectors.
Our 6-acres manufacturing plant is located at Ijok in the state of Selangor, one-hour drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Our existing integrated production facilities including extrusion presses have an annual production capacity of 10,000 metric tonnes. In order to fulfill client's requirement for the surface finishing, our horizontal anodizing plant, automated powder coated line and vacuum wood grain transfer machine are upgraded in year 2017. Various aesthetic surface finishing on aluminium profiles can be offered such as natural anodized, medium bronze anodized, various RAL color codes powder coat and wood grains design to fulfill client's preferences.
