- Provide troubleshooting for networking, MS Office, OS, Antivirus, software & hardware.
- Manage all network equipment.
- Provide hardware & software helpdesk support.
- Perform asset & inventory management.
- Perform and monitor data backup.
- Perform job / task as assigned by management.
- IT assets purchasing & documentation.
- System failure analysis & recovery.

Certificate / Diploma in Information Technology or
Certificate in Electronics Engineering or Diploma in Engineering. - Domain & networking skills.
