Responsibilities:

Analyze and give consultation on business processes.
Setup configuration based on customer's requirement towards system.
Evaluating existing processes and providing better solutions for customers.
Ability to work collaboratively i.e., support Finance and other key stakeholders in resolving technical issues as they arise post implementation.
Develop simple customization using available tools to meet business requirements.
Updating workflows and ability to improve the system to meet the changing needs of the business.
Providing ERP enduser training and technical support.
Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates.
Complying with industry regulations.
Keeping informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings.
Ability to support data migration.
Support UAT and Training ahead of Go-

Live Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or similar preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in Oracle NetSuite or any ERP System.
Possess own transportation.
Willingness to travel to customer sites (outside Klang Valley).
Possess extensive knowledge of business processes in organization.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Superb interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
Have good time management and organizational skills.
The office is currently located in Jalan Eco Santuari 8/2B, Persiaran Eco Sanctuary, 42500 Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor. The office will relocate to Da Men Mall (Subang) by October 2023.
