Account Assistant

  • Data entry for AP/AR/GL
  • Perform monthend and yearend financial closing activities
  • Prepare monthly financials, payments, billings, journals, monthly schedules, reconciliations, reimbursements
  • Responsible for statistical preparation for management review
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on billings, payments and reconciliations.
  • Willing to be handson and work with other team members for finance deliverables
  • Responsible for accurate and timely month end closing for accounts and maintain up to date records.
  • Ensure proper & accuracy of accounting records & filing and other general duties.
  • Assists the Head of Controlling in undertaking analysis of income and expenditure at operating departments at the corporate office.
  • Participates in the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process under the direction of the BOD.

Pay:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

Account Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
