JOB SCOPE

  • Content Creation
  • Create visually appealing and relevant content, including images, videos, infographics, and written posts, tailored to specific social media platforms.
  • Develop a content calendar and plan, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Platform Management
  • Manage and maintain various social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Stay updated with the latest features, trends, and algorithm changes on each platform.
  • Audience Engagement
  • Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions to build a loyal online community.
  • Monitor and respond to user feedback, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist for Reporting
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, clicks, conversion rates) to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
  • Use datadriven insights to adjust content strategies for better results.
  • Content Strategy
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and leverage trending topics and hashtags to increase visibility.
  • Visual Branding
  • Maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all social media platforms.
  • Ensure that graphics and imagery adhere to brand guidelines.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a social media content creator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create engaging content.

RM500.00 per month
