Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and reports to the company's admin requirements and practice.
  • Coordinate activities and schedule meetings and training
  • Handle inhouse system
  • Perform daytoday admin tasks
  • Communicate and answer customers' & franchisees' inquiries
  • Adhoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Good in English and Chinese writing
  • Able to speak Mandarin and English, you will need to speak with mandarin and english speaking parties
  • Able to start on short notice
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to liaise with all level of people internally and externally

Pay:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
