Accountant (Asean)

This position requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to support decision-making.

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the organization's financial performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Monitor and analyze financial trends, variances, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide financial support and guidance on budgeting, financial analysis, and other financial matters.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in finance and accounting.

• Education Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred but not required.

• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 57 years of relevant experience.

• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as needed
