Responsibilities:

1)
Consultation and Aesthetic Expertise:Provide expert consultation and personalized advice on aesthetic services, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual patient needs. Performing various aesthetic treatments.

2)
Patient Relationship Management:Foster and maintain strong patient relationships, offering guidance on post-treatment care and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.

3)
Inquiries Handling: Responsibly address patient inquiries about available treatments and products.

4)
Complaint Resolution: Skillfully manage patient complaints, promptly addressing concerns and implementing corrective measures as necessary.

5)
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aesthetic technology and research, actively contributing to our clinic's commitment to excellence. Adaptability, openness to feedback, and proactive problem-solving.

6)
Compliance:Adhere to company standards, including policies and medical protocols, ensuring ethical and safe practices at all times.

7)
Collaborative Teamwork:Collaborate with Aesthetic Consultants to collectively achieve clinic targets and goals, fostering a culture of mutual support.

Job Requirments
1)
Experience: Possession of an LCP (Letter of Credentialing and Privilege) for aesthetic medicine from KKM / MOH.

2)
Education:Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Medicine (MBBS/MD) or equivalent.

3)
Registration: Must be registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and hold a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).

4)
Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.

5)
Passion and Presentation:Demonstrated passion for aesthetics, with a well-groomed and pleasant personality. Strong public speaking and presentation skills are advantageous.

6)
Location: Must be willing to work in Bandar Puteri, Puchong.
