**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- *
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and clinical expertise.
  • Provide therapy services to patients with various speech and language disorders, including articulation disorders, fluency disorders, voice disorders, aphasia, dysarthria, and dysphagia.
  • Implement evidencebased therapeutic techniques and interventions to address speech and language difficulties.
  • Monitor patients' progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques, exercises, and strategies to support communication goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families and other healthcare professional.
  • Abilitity to adapt communication methods to suit hte needs of different age groups.
  • Knowledge of assessment tools and evidencebased practices for treating speech and language disorders across the lifespan.
  • Compentency in using technology and therapy materials appropriate for both pediatric and adult clients.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
