Customer Consultation:

Conduct thorough consultations with customers to understand their beauty needs, preferences, and concerns.

Product Knowledge:

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.

Personalised Recommendations:

Provide personalised product recommendations and beauty regimens tailored to each customer's skin type, tone, and concerns.

Application Demonstrations:

Sales Generation:

Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, upselling products, and promoting special offers and promotions.

Clientele Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service, follow-up, and personalised communication.

Beauty Events:

Participate in beauty events, workshops, and promotional activities to attract new customers and drive store traffic.

Customer Feedback:

Solicit and address customer feedback, concerns, and product complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • SPM, additional certification in cosmetology or skincare is a plus.
  • At least 1 year experience in the related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers of diverse backgrounds.
  • Salesdriven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay:
From RM2,500.00 per month
