Comply with CESPM HSE Policies and Programs.

  • Provide general support and assistance to the HSE Officer / Executive.
  • Assist the HSE Officer / HSE Executive with Health and Safety monitoring activities.
  • Promote incident and accident prevention in the workplace
  • Maintain regular visibility in production areas
  • Assist in Annual Health and Safety audits.
  • Maintain relevant HSEMS Documents and Records
  • Conduct Monthly Formal Workplace Inspections for project site / yard and office locations.
  • Compile Monthly Workplace Inspection Reports.
  • Compile Monthly Statistics.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Hazard Assessments and Safe Work Practices
  • Ongoing communication of relevant HSEMS program updates
  • Arrange health and safety training for company personnel
  • Maintain Health and Safety training records and ensure training certifications
  • Assist with Investigations and Root Cause Analysis and the implementation corrective actions
  • Provide Contractor / Visitor Safety Orientations
  • Work with Vendors and order specialty safety supplies when required
  • Coordinate various specialists to visit the work site as needed
  • Manage specialized PPE for CESPM personnel with various vendors
  • Manage First Aid Team and Monthly Checklist, Inventory List.
  • Attend Health and Safety training sessions as needed
  • Attend Health and Safety Committee Meetings
  • Lead by example.
  • Filling and other duties as may be required from time to time.

Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
