Service Advisor

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our family

Customer Service Advisor is always full of challenges Only when you put all effort then you get your desired result

A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.

They're the front line of support for customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and information.

Job Descriptions:

• Communicate and confirm daily appointments with customers the day before the appointment date.
• Upselling skill
• Prepare repair order after contacting and confirming the appointment for the customers.
• Attend and greet customers on arrival to service centre.
• Perform inspection checklist with the customers during the vehicle acceptance.
• Confirming the repair order with the customers concerns and ensure the repair order is explained to the customers by providing estimate repair cost.
• Update the status of the vehicles to the customers on a timely manner.
• Preparing of repair invoice for customers and the customers will be contacted for the vehicle collection.
• Provide repair invoice to customers and explain on the job carried out on the vehicle.
• Accountable to collect payment from the customers if any.
• Submit daily warranty and service intake report

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• SPM fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Full-Time,and Contract position(s) available.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
