Duties and Responsibilities_

  • Processing and generating monthly statements.
  • To assist with the processing of other documentations when required.
  • Prepare monthly ageing report, follow up collection status and update collection data in accuracy manner.
  • Identify and collect payment of overdue invoices through proactive planning, prioritization and execution of daily call cycles.
  • Working closely with corporate & government customers to determine appropriate resolution to payment issues.
  • Callingup customer for collections and follow up persistently until payment is settled.
  • Prompt respond to the customers' inquiries on discrepancy in pricing, missing invoices, etc.
  • Responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Identify and discuss with superior on problem/outstanding cases and how to resolve them.
  • Ensuring that all documents are prepare according to the department's SOP.
  • Control overdue account in a timely manner and ensure that all the necessary escalations are completed and followed up in timely manner.
  • Generating other reports on adhoc basis.

Qualifications_

  • Minimum Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both oral & written) and strong interpersonal skills.
  • 5 years of working experience in Credit Control/ Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong analytical & problemsolving skills with ability to work independently and under tight timeline.
  • Able to work independently in a fastpaced environment, with strong leadership and initiative, team spirit and maintains a high level of integrity at all times.
  • Able to articulate well amongst team members and customers.
  • High selfmotivation & demonstrate professionalism in dealing with external parties.
  • Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment.
