Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accountant to become an integral part of our finance team.

As an Accountant at Nagamas Printing, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial records, conducting various financial analyses, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daytoday accounting activities of the company.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports on a regular basis.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and provide insights for informed decisionmaking.
  • Handle taxrelated matters, including preparing GST tax returns and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial audits and liaise with auditors to ensure smooth auditing processes.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial data.
  • Support financial planning and forecasting efforts to facilitate strategic business planning.
  • Keep abreast of accounting principles, laws, and regulations to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financerelated role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Salary:
RM3, RM6,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
