  • Job Responsibilities and Duties
  • To assist in the controlling and properly maintaining of company documents, DO, Invoices & Debtor.
  • To ensure proper filing and matching of documents for account payable.
  • Ensure proper documents classification, sorting, filing in accordance with quality requirements via electronically stored and hardcopy for easier retrieval.
  • Maintain the files and record in sequence as required.
  • Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, mailing, filing, answering general queries by phone.
  • And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time. Job Requirements
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office.
  • Handle forklift with good condition.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Melayu, English.
  • Selfmotivated, detailed oriented, dependable, and excellent team spirit.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Full time position available.
