Cezars Kitchen is seeking qualified Chef De Partie to join our kitchen in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

  • Ability to cook a wide range of foods in large batch quantities: International menus
  • Be a qualified cook: ( Certificated available upon request)
  • Passionate about food
  • Positive and inviting attitude you will need to engage and have conversations with customers.
  • Selfmotivated and can work with the team
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in either
    school kitchens, hotels or restaurants:
  • Passionate about food.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the head chef to prepare daily meals
  • Plan menus by consulting with head chef, estimate food costs and profits
  • Kitchen operations management when Head Chef not present
  • General kitchen duties (prep to cleaning)
  • Ability to stand for several hours at a time in a fast pace kitchen
  • Ability and willingness to learn new recipes/processes and techniques
  • Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs)
  • Work quickly and under time constraints Will be advised during the interview.
