Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all server infrastructure including physical and Hyper-V virtual
servers.

a. Administration of all servers and storage infrastructure.

b. Administer and monitor corporate backup.

c. User account provisioning - includes Microsoft 0365 infrastructure.

  • Manage and maintain all network infrastructure services ensuring security and
protection of data on corporate network devices.

virtual environments.

  • Performs data management services, server tuning, and directory services
maintenance.

  • Installs, configures, and troubleshoots group policy and administrative templates.
  • Coordinates and works with vendors to resolve problems and issues with hardware
and software.

  • Inventory and software licensing to keep track of hardware inventory and ensure
compliance with legal software requirements.

  • Propose and Source for new technique/solution for overall PC and printer support.
  • Monitor VPN connectivity between HQ and branches.
  • Anti-Virus Administration - close monitoring and manage emergency outbreak
response processes,

  • User administrator and manage security access and user setup for ERP.
  • Workflow set-up, coordinate arid govern the evolution and customization.

  • Manage ERP related vendors and projects.
  • Report and track technical issues and oversee the subscription management of the
system.

  • Ensure the protection of information from accidental or unauthorized damage,
removal or modification.

  • Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma / Degree in any related IT field.
2. 5 years working experience in IT systems and experience with operations
management, infrastructure budgets and cost management.

  • Able to read, analyze and interpret computer hardware and systems management
technical manuals and procedures.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 tools and familiar with ERP (Monitor system) is an added advantage.
  • Good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent time management and able to prioritize work.

Salary:
RM5, RM8,000.00 per month
