Director of Retail Food and Beverage Marketing

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the retail F&B sector.


  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to effectively implement marketing plans, including digital marketing, advertising campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product offerings, including new product launches and menu enhancements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for market expansion.
  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, such as signage, menus, digital content, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing activities and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales data, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness, to evaluate marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in retail F&B marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the retail or F&B industry, with a strong track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver highquality work.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and ecommerce trends, with handson experience in executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Detailoriented with strong project management skills, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for the retail and F&B industry, with a customercentric mindset and a creative approach to marketing and branding initiatives.

Pay:
RM15, RM20,000.00 per month
