Roles & Responsibilities:

HR

  • Handling recruitment and selection activities including arrangement for interviews
  • Keeping, maintaining and updating of personal file / records of employees, job descriptions, increment and renewal of employment contract
  • Assist in staff training and development activities
  • Drafting letters as and when requires
  • Responsible for timely payroll processing such as checking and manage claims and leave management
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies, tools and equipment loans and calibrations, documentation control & etc
  • Ensure all related documents and records are properly filed up and wellmaintained
  • Assist in any adhoc assignments from the management

CUSTOMER RELATION

  • Assist on onboarding clients virtually in professional manner.
  • In charge of rental collection and stamping of tenancy agreement.
  • Maintain and ensure accurate records and documents of every clients updated monthly.
  • Monitor collection accounts and follow up on overdues.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Updates on every collection activity and account receivable status.
  • Arrange and organize schedule for supervisors and cleaners.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.
  • Motivated to achieve targeted monthly collection

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary:
RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
