Inner Peace started as a Spa Consultancy company that manages talents for 5-star brands to source and recruit from the interior of Borneo.

After a year in the business, we venture into education where we were affiliated with the Development Skills Department (JPK) as Inner Peace Academy.

Besides having our own in house certification, we also conduct Spa Therapy SKM Level 3. The core of our business is to offer a complete hiring solution to the spa and wellness industry.

Spa and Wellness Operators or hotels/resorts may have the option of recruiting our existing task force team or any specific talents as we hire according to the client's requirement.

Our Vision To create an internationally recognized brand that helps shape the future of the spa and wellness industry in Malaysia and uplift the community livelihood of the rural area of Borneo.
