Job Description About the role**:

We are looking for an
Account Manager to be based in
Johor Bahru. This role will be reporting to the
Account Management Team Lead in the
Commercial Department. The department generally is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting existing activities and ensuring fast, sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurants and proactively identify further new business opportunities.
  • Monitor accounts and identify upsell and crosssell opportunities
  • Develop sound strategic marketing plans and ensure consistent growth for the client's business
  • Monitor each account's performance metrics and ensure compliance with foodpanda's operational standards function.
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments & stakeholders and provide feedback and identify industry trends
  • Account Manager will be the main point of contact in all matters relating to client's concerns & needs
  • Work with internal support functions to ensure that every deal that goes live on the platform meets quality standards collaboration
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the project delivered timely
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment

Qualifications

  • 23 years experience within a client management role is preferable
  • Proven B2B sales experience would be an advantage, preferably within the areas of F&B, media, advertising, FMCG, and ecommerce
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Adaptability and strong problemsolving skills.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • The ability to speak in other languages would be an added advantage
