Account Assistant

Job description
- Handle full set of account and assist in any other accounting related works.
- Prepare journal entries and bank reconciliation of all monthly financial statements
- Handle internal expenses and budget planning
- Manage cash flow and ensure all banking matters are diligently and duly attended
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance Department.
- Support daytoday operations for finance and accounting.
- Responsible for housekeeping of Finance Department's documents and maintaining a systematic filing system.
- Support the Finance team members in ad hoc matters.
- Ensure all financial records all maintained in compliance with the company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.

- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Selfmotivated, disciplined, resourceful, good team player and able to work independently.
- Meticulous and detailedoriented person.
- Conscious of timelines and deadlines related to Finance matters.
Job Type:
Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay:
RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
