*Successful completion of the 8-month program may lead to potential opportunities for permanent positions within the company, based on performance and business needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and implement Excel formulas and functions for advanced data analysis.
  • Manage and optimize complex spreadsheets and databases.
  • Design and deploy automated processes to streamline data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Utilize pivot tables and charts to visually represent data insights.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments within the company to establish priorities and ensure efficient data collection, review, and utilization.
  • Provide recommendations for improving business processes and systems.
  • Fulfil additional responsibilities as directed by Management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Social Science/Humanities, or relevant fields from a recognized local or international institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Docs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and technical tools/software.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
  • Integritydriven with a commitment to value addition.
  • Demonstrated creative and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Willing to be based in Seremban.
