Assist in
preparing guidelines for local & international projects.

  • Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites before design commences.
  • Creating technical drawings from manager's sketches and specifications.
  • Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
  • Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, and structural and maintenance engineers.
  • Entering CAD data into building information modeling (BIM) systems to create 3D models and renderings.
  • Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
  • Visit construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including CAD and project management tools.
  • Experience in retail fitouts, construction management, or a similar role, preferably within a mall or shopping center environment.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to construction and fitout processes.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of work and adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Based in Sunway Damansara, Petaling Jaya and willing to travel to handle site arrangement.
  • Salary package can negotiate based on your working experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
