Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and reference checks.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure efficient and effective recruitment procedures.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork completion, and benefits enrolment.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
  • Promote a positive work environment by fostering employee engagement and addressing employee concerns.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Assist in the implementation of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and individual development plans.
  • Support the performance management process by providing guidance to supervisors and employees.
  • Assist in conducting performance evaluations and maintaining performance records.
  • Monitor performance improvement plans and provide feedback to managers and employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant Manager or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Min of 3 to 6 years of human resource senior role experience preferred.
  • Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
