As our Recruitment Resource Coordinator, you will provide first level recruitment support assisting our Talent Acquisition Partner to cover local and international efforts.

This will include all aspects of recruitment, administration and systems maintenance.

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and facilitating the selection process
  • ATS maintenance and upkeep
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance and implement recruitment processes
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote NEXTDC as an employer of choice

Qualifications


You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the rest of the P&C team and wider business.


  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Proactive and results oriented approach to recruitment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools/systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Malay and English
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
