About Our Client:


Our client - ISPARK is an IT management services company, in which they provide IT supports for SME companies in Hong Kong.


Job Scope:

  • Assist to create technical documentation and manuals.
  • Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
  • Assist for the project arrangement.
  • Perform adhoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to speak and type in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Office 365 is required.
  • Junior to senior levels is welcome to apply.
  • Able to provide support via text communication and over the phone, with proficiency in Cantonese.
  • Attentive and careful at work.
