Job Overview


The Franchise Marketer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the franchise brand, attract potential franchisees, and support existing franchisees in their marketing efforts.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of franchise operations and marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the franchise brand.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand market trends.
  • Create marketing campaigns to attract potential franchisees.

Franchisee Support:

  • Provide marketing support and guidance to franchisees to help them grow their local markets.
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Organize training sessions and webinars for franchisees on marketing best practices.

Digital Marketing:

  • Optimize digital marketing strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Analyze website traffic and social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistency of the franchise brand across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines for franchisees to follow.
  • Monitor and protect the franchise brand's reputation.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute franchise expos, trade shows, and other promotional events.
  • Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and followup activities for events.

Content Creation:

  • Write and edit content for various marketing channels, including blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce engaging visual content.

Partnerships and Sponsorships:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with industry influencers and organizations.
  • Manage sponsorship opportunities to increase brand visibility.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Use datadriven insights to adjust strategies and improve results.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
