Responsibilities:

  • Resolving and answering employee requests and questions regarding computer systems
  • Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
  • Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues
  • Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer
  • Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in networking or server administration will be an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin is advantageous

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
