Major accountabilities:

  • Is the trusted advisor/business partner for senior business leaders.
  • Drives business expectations and alignment.
  • Oversees endtoend TT delivery of programs and services and is the SPOC as well as th single escalation point for execlevel stakeholders
  • Customer satisfaction Critical services are delivered within agreed service level agreements and adhere to the Novartis IT quality standards.
  • Successful delivery of major initiatives in scope of given geography Customer and internal TT KPIs are met Yearly budget targets are met Service resolution insights are analyzed, and outcomes shared; continual improvement team in place to drive and execute opportunities

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven Ability to Develop trustbased relationships with key regional.
  • Experience representing the organization.
  • Relationship Management.
  • Cross Cultural Experience.
  • Experience working crossfunctionally and transnationally.
