Transportation Services:

Job Summary:
The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services to executive staff as required. This role involves ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained, planning optimal routes, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive executives to various destinations as required.
  • Ensure punctuality and a smooth ride experience.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes, considering traffic conditions.

Vehicle Maintenance:

  • Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
  • Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Ensure the safety of passengers by following safe driving practices.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of road safety and driving regulations.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
  • Assist with logístical planning for trips, including booking accommodations if necessary.
  • Run errands and perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.

Professionalism:

  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Provide courteous and respectful service to the Director and other passengers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 23 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a chauffeur or personal driver for executives.
  • Familiarity with the local area and excellent navigational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience driving for corporate executives or highprofile individuals.
  • Defensive driving certification.
  • First aid training.
