**職責:**
- 各類空調機組的日常維護與清潔
- 維護/維修空調。
- 排除空調損壞故障。
- 分離式裝置 - 1HP 至 5HP。
- 有安裝經驗並能執行房屋裝修工程者優先
- 來自學院是一個優勢
- 履行高度多樣化的職責來安裝和維護生產機器。
- 翻譯和解釋設備手冊和工作訂單以執行所需的維護和服務。
- 診斷問題、更換或修理零件、測試並進行調整。
- 對機器、設備和工廠設施進行定期預防性維護。
- 在履行職責時使用各種手動和電動工具、電錶和物料搬運設備。
- 識別錯誤的操作、有缺陷的材料,並將這些情況和任何異常情況報告給適當的監督。
- 遵守安全規定並保持工作區域清潔有序。

**要求:**
- 良好的工作海拔高度
- 良好的出勤率
- 擁有有效的 GDL 駕駛執照優先
- 辦公地點 吉隆坡 甲洞
- 作為空調技術員/維修技術員的豐富經驗
- 熟悉一般維護流程和方法。
- 工具、常用器具和設備的工作知識。
- 動手能力和解決問題的能力。
- 身體素質好,體力充沛,願意加班。
- 最低 SPM/O 水準或同等水準;擁有暖通空調、建築維護技術或相關領域證明者優先。
- 需要經過認證的維護和可靠性專家 (CMRP)。
