So what will you be doing?

  • Handle the ecommerce activity on our website and various ecommerce platform.
  • Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website and the different ecommerce platform.
  • Manage the product listings on the website and ensure content accuracy of the image, price, and product description.
  • Responsible for updating the product listings promptly on all ecommerce channels.
  • Responsible for coordinating order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
  • Handle the liaison with suppliers, procurement & drivers relating to operations activities.
  • Handling customer service queries from various communication channels.
  • Assist with answering incoming calls from prospective clients when Customer Service personnel are not available.
  • Execute activities relating to sales and promotions over different ecommerce platforms.
  • Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the setout timeline.

We do have a few job requirements that we will love to be upfront with you.

  • 1 year of experience with ecommerce platform and customer service will be an added advantage.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarinspeaking vendors).
  • Good computer literacy in Google Sheet, MS Excel, Word.
  • Analytical thinking and excellent problemsolving skills
  • Have a positive and customeroriented attitude
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be preferred.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,200.00 per month
