Kindergarten Principal

As the Kindergarten Principal at Karisma Education Group Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, curriculum development, staff management, and overall growth of the kindergarten.

Your role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports the educational and developmental needs of young learners.

• Provide visionary leadership to the kindergarten, ensuring alignment with educational goals and philosophies.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with national educational standards.
• Manage administrative tasks including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among staff, students, and parents.

• Design and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with educational standards, incorporating innovative and engaging teaching methodologies.

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching and support staff.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth among the team.

• Monitor student progress, ensuring individualized support where necessary.
• Implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student development and address concerns.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with the community, parents, and relevant stakeholders.
