Job Summary
Project Based:
- Be part of the team for a newly setup café/stall.
- Collaborate to create a detailed timeline for the cafe/stall setup.
- Assist in assessing and preparing the physical space for the cafe/stall.
- Research and source cafe equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
- Work with the team to develop a menu that aligns with the stall/cafe's concept and target market.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday operations of the café, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Maintain food and beverage production and service environment
- Maintain quality control procedures
- Process payments
- Project a positive and professional image
- Provide counter/takeaway service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cafe or restaurant setup preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
