Entry Requirements:

  • S.P.M certificate or Diploma in business management or equivalent.
  • More than 2 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (SAP) will be advantage.

Job Descriptions:

  • To be responsible for incoming deliveries, verification of goods against documents, sorting wafers, preparing Quality inspection lots.


 Ensure SAP system
  • Goods Receipts execution is completed on time.
  • To ensure picking line demands, storing raw materials, wafers, screens, paste, spare parts, and consumables are processed and completed on time and related SAP transactions are executed and verified.
  • Ensure material supply to production and maintenance supply is completed timely.
  • Responsible for collection of Breakage wafers, used screens and supplier reject wafers.
  • Ensure Cell Box Sorting (CBS) are supported with packaging and other supporting materials from main warehouse.
  • Responsible for Sorting and Packing functions at Cell box sorting section
  • Booking finished goods, sorting boxes, labelling and packing, palletizing and sealing pallets.


 Ensure
  • Finished goods, rework and incomplete line process cells are collected with proper documents.
  • To work closely with Sales office and Logistics for picking and packing customer orders.
  • To support and train subordinates
  • SAP system for related inventory and warehouse functions.
  • To update Warehouse Executive on daily activities.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
