Invoice Processing:

Receiving and reviewing incoming invoices from vendors. Verifying the accuracy of invoice details, such as the billing amount, payment terms, and supporting documentation.

  • Vendor Management: Maintaining vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and other relevant details. Communicating with vendors regarding payment status and resolving any paymentrelated inquiries or issues.
  • Expense Reporting: Handling employee expense reports, verifying receipts, and ensuring compliance with company expense policies before processing reimbursements.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately recording all accounts payable transactions in the accounting system or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Maintaining organized and uptodate records of payables for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Reconciliation: Conducting periodic reconciliations of accounts payable to vendor statements and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Purchase Order Management: Matching purchase orders with invoices and verifying that goods or services have been received and properly invoiced before processing payments.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and managing the timing of payments to optimize cash flow while meeting payment deadlines and taking advantage of any early payment discounts offered by vendors.
  • Internal Controls: Ensuring compliance with internal control procedures to safeguard against fraud and errors in the accounts payable process.
  • Monthend and Yearend Activities: Assisting in monthend and yearend closing activities related to accounts payable, including accruals and financial reporting.
  • Vendor Negotiations: Collaborating with vendors on payment terms and resolving any payment disputes or issues that may arise.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the accounts payable process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
