JOB DESCRIPTION

:

• Prepare, mix and serve nonalcoholic drinks, coffee and tea (hot and cold) directly to customers through waiters.

Tasks include

• Taking beverage orders from serving staff
• Preparing and serving nonalcoholic drinks
• Washing used glassware, cleaning and maintaining bar service areas, tea

- and coffee-making areas and equipment such as espresso machines;

• Assisting in keeping the bar properly stocked and arranging bottles and glasses;
• Mixing ingredients to prepare mocktails and other drinks;
• Ensure standards of beverage and food products at workstation meet the assured quality.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all time at workstation and of outlet.
• Managing costs by ensuring mínimal wastages / pilferages.
• To assist in front of house service and any other job assigned by superior from time to time
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to guest
• Constantly find ways to improve our beverage and develop seasonal beverages.
• Any adhoc tasks required by your direct supervisor / Chef

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years barista / bartender experience

Require own transportation as you will be asked to travel between outlets and meeting suppliers

• Excellent handson skills with eye for details
• Ability to work independently AND in a team
• Healthy, able to lift heavy items and stand for long hours ( > 5 hours)
• Positive attitude and responsible character.
• Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
• Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
• Selfstarter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Possess selfconfidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
