Position :
Internship Admin/Health Administration
Contract length: 3-6 months
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Admin Intern, you will be assisting with daily activities and projects of the clinic management department.
This position is suitable for individuals who seek in gaining practical exposure and insight into clinic admin functions in a dynamic workplace.
This internship opportunity can provide hands-on experience in various aspects of Clinic Management.Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Management
- Assist in generating report as needed
- Help in filing, documentation, and data entry tasks
Financial management
- Assist in collecting invoice.
- Data entry using SQL system
Marketing management
- Contribute to the marketing monthly plan
- Follow up ads with marketing department
- Reply WhatsApp
- Assist in gathering feedback through surveys
Qualifications and Skills:
- Pursuing a degree in business administration, Health administration, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
