Key Tasks

  • Frequent contacts with customers, serving customers inquiries
  • Order management, input order thru system.
  • Maintain & update price list.
  • Maintain & update customer master file.
  • Sample arrangement & coordination.
  • Support customer to perform online ordering.
  • Performs all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.

Experience, knowledge and skills

  • Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics or any businessrelated field.
  • 12 years of working experience in sales or customer service is required for this position
  • Good communication, interpersonal skill, hardworking, cando attitude
  • Experience with matrix organization, SAP/Oracle would be a big plus.
