1.Ensure risk management frameworks are designed well and operating effectively. 2. Maintain and update company policies and procedures to ensure there is no breach of regulation. 3. Ensuring all other regulatory guidelines in relation to the compliance function has been complied with. 4. Advise the Management in regard of compliance and policy matters. 5. Regularly audit company procedures, practices and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks. 6. Educate and train employees on company policies and procedures, laws and regulations. 7. Involved from the beginning to the end in the internal audit, external audit and customer audit. 8. Collaborate with internal, external auditors and consultants. 9. Monitoring and checking on the registered documents that has been used on the production floor. 10. Maintaining on the equipment calibration and calibration master list. 11. Implement and conduct training to multiple levels of organization members and help learners meet specified performance expectations. 12. Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for training courses when needed. 13. Any other ad hoc assignments assigned from time to time.
