APPLIED AGRICULTURAL RESOURCES Sdn. Bhd.

was established in 1986 and is an associate company of two highly successful public listed Malaysian companies, namely Boustead Plantations Berhad and Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad.

As a leading research centre in tropical plantation crops, our core activities involve research in crop improvement and production, providing advisory services for plantation crops, as well as the production and sale of oil palm tissue culture ramets and seeds.


Role Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Human Resources Manager and related administrative functions.
  • Responsible and efficient processing for the entire new hire, confirmation of appointment or resignation documentation on a timely basis including submission to the Payroll Team.
  • Ensure the company's HR policies, rules and regulations are comply.
  • Maintain HR records (personal file, leave record, attendance tracking) of all employees in a proper and efficient manner.
  • Any other tasks and projects as assigned due to operations requirement.

Qualifications:

  • Possess good communication and public relations skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate
  • Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Able to write and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Pay:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
