The client is a leading Vehicle Manufacturer dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Warehouse Administrator to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse facility.

The Warehouse Administrator will play a critical role in managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and process invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Compile Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices from local suppliers for submission to the Finance department.
  • Ensure timely followup on backorders and maintain adequate supply of parts for all customers.
  • Coordinate with dealers and branches to ensure timely parts delivery according to required dates.
  • Execute adhoc tasks as assigned by superiors to support warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating advanced skills.
  • Strong paperwork management and administration abilities.
  • Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Possess 12 years of experience in parts inventory management or a related field.
  • Sound understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with SAP system and technical knowledge will be advantageous.

Requirement Summary:

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
